I'm very very very late in posting these pictures from Easter this year. We had a wonderful Easter with a very fun Easter egg hunt at church on Saturday and then church, lunch and egg hunt on Sunday with the family.
Peace Lutheran Church Egg Hunt:
Lizzie had the whole process down and filled her bucket pretty quick. She had a blast. Liam would pick up an egg then run back to the concrete sidewalk and smile and hold it in the air. Owen was helping him out by carrying his basket and we eventually got him to put the egg in the basket and then move on to the next one. So cute. Jocelyn was an egg hunting machine. She filled her basket in record time!
After the egg hunt, we spent some time on the playground at church and I captured some super cute pictures of Liam and Lizzie.
On Sunday after church we attempted some family pictures in our Easter finest. It was rainy that morning but we got a few good ones anyways.
Sidenote (and completely irrelevant): I had initially rented a dress for Easter this year like I did last year but unfortunately UPS failed to deliver the package on time and so I didn't get to wear it. It was supposed to be delivered Friday night and we were home all evening, but no package. I checked online to see the status and it says that the delivery had been attempted but the recipient was not available. Clearly the driver wanted to just go home instead of finishing his route and therefore made up the status that we weren't available for the delivery (I've never signed for a package from Rent the Runway before either - they usually just set it by the door, knock and leave). After a long and angry phone call with UPS, I gave up (they're not open on Saturday and so I couldn't even get the package until Monday when it was way too late and I had to return the dress by Monday) - contacted Rent the Runway and they were amazing - recalled the package themselves and gave me a full refund!
